Quick update: I’m leading in the essay matchup, 130 to 118, with a little over 4 hours to go. Polls close at noon ET; if you know anyone else who’d like to vote (and/or read), please let ‘em know! These things can swing late, so I could use extra help against a very strong opponent.

Obviously I’ll have more to say about India later. It’s been a delightful whirlwind. We spent Sunday walking around Delhi, Monday visiting the Taj Mahal, and today we rode the train and drove the mountain passes up to the retreat complex in the Himalayas. Yes, I am in the Himalayas. (I’m trying to make it feel real by writing it out, but it still doesn’t.)
